The word YOGA is derived from the sanskrit root yuj meaning to bind, join, attach and yoke, to direct and concentrate one’s attention on, to use and apply. It also means union or communion. It is the true union of our will with the will of God. ‘It thus means’, says Mahadev Desai in his introduction to the Gita according to Gandhi, ‘the yoking of all the powers of the body, mind and soul to God; it means the disciplining of the intellect, the mind, the emotions, the will, which that Yoga presupposes; it means a poise of the soul which enables one to look at life in all aspects evenly.

Committed to transforming humans into yogis

Yoga & Ayurveda the sciences of self-realization & self-healing.

“ Life (Ayu) is the combination (samyoga) of body senses, mind & reincarnating soul. Ayurveda is the most sacred science of life, beneficial to humans both in this world and the world beyond. “ - Charaka Samhita, Sutrasthana I.42 - 34

What’s Unique

Join us for an unforgettable yoga teacher training experience that’s intimate and transformative. Our small group setting allows for deep personal and educational growth.

Can’t join us in person? No worries! Our sessions will be live on Zoom and recorded for your convenience.

From day one, we emphasize building a strong meditation practice because it’s all about practice, practice, practice!

We love to sing! Throughout the course, we chant mantras and bhajans, harmonizing the environment and ourselves.

You'll learn to heal yourself and others with Ayurvedic principles and techniques.

We go beyond just teaching you to be a well-rounded yoga teacher. We help you become a true Yogi by incorporating elements of Shamanism, Tantra, Ayurveda, Yoga therapy, and pranic healing using Marma Therapy.

Our school is registered with Yoga Alliance, and our lead teacher is an E-500 RYT and YACEP.

Our beautiful HOME is a finca in St Miguel, North of the island, slightly secluded within a forest, making it a perfect dwelling to immerse yourself in the study of yoga.

Don’t miss this chance to deepen your practice and expand your teaching skills in a breathtaking setting.
